Science is rooted in the measurement and explaination of the physical world.

Religion is rooted in the measurement and explaination of the supernatural world.

Too many people think that they can use one to disprove the other, which is not the case. At its core, both seek to understand the world around us, but do so using different methods and criteria.

Science needs what it says passing as proof for the moment...if they don't have it,..they make it up....when it comes to evolution or cold power...for instance...

Religion depends on faith....sometimes it is a distorted faith,,,like Jim Jones or those people who were waiting for the comet,,,and killed themselves....

Then there's Christianity which depends on a personal relationship with the God who made us. There is proof for those who are willing to step out on faith. You must believe before you receive....that is the way God works...

Easy.

Science is fact, proven either through trial or through mathematical equation.

Religion is drawn from belief and acceptance. If you accept that something is true, then it must be.

Science can be questioned, religion can not. One either accepts what is taught or does not.
