There are very few 'good' jobs out there that don't require a college education anymore. But you can probably get a entry level office job (filing, data entry, etc.) with just a high school diploma. Check out your local Temp agencies... they usually fill entry level office positions for larger companies. That is where I started out and it's not terrible... but don't forget to go to college! I am 26 now and going back to school because all the jobs I want REQUIRE a Bachelors degree.
Good luck with your career!

Both my children dropped out and got their GED's. One the older was a computer wiz, self taught, got a job at an ISP provider, kept learning, moved up the ladder and recently accepted a position for almost $15 an hour, this all happened in less than 18 months. The younger one got a GED and then went on to college, just received an associates, and is working on a bachelors. Working at Wal mart in the meantime. Myself graduated with a BSBA in June of 06 after being out for 30 years. Guess what I am trying to say here is you can, and should go back to school if you want to make good money. The manufacturing base here in the US is almost non existent and in the old days that is where you could earn a decent living, unfortunately now it is all technical and an education is needed.

I know a few people that were either high school drop outs, or received their diploma the way that you are doing. These people are now very successful business people that make an incredible amount of income. More than what they would have made spending thousands upon thousands in college then hoping to get a job in the career that they spend all that money on. They make more money then a college graduate. If you'd like to see what they are doing, email me and I'll be happy to send you the web sites of business's that they are involved in. I'd send them to you now, but I think it's against yahoo rules and regulations to post any web sites.
Good Luck!

Good is a relative term. Something that makes you happy or something that makes you money. Ideally, it would be both.
Assistant Vet Technicians make about $10, get your license at a community college and you could double that.
Radiology technician pay with a high-school diploma and certificate is $56,378
If you like to work with your hands, there will always be construction-related work like painting, drywall hanging, finish carpentry, etc.
You could open your own business - dog walking; pet and plant service; personal valet (run errands for corporate types who don't have time to pick up dry cleaning or stand in grocery lines).
If you are a people person, try outside sales. There are about 101 thousand types of advertising (everything from grocery store coupons to Valpak coupon mail; radio; newspaper; Auto Trader).

Have you considered trying to get into the Military? If they do require the diploma you could take a GED and have it. That's a General Education Diploma which is the equivalent of a high school diploma. Good luck to you.

There are no "good" jobs for people who are uneducated. Graduate from high school, or get your GED at a minimum. Most good jobs these days require at least an associates degree from a college of some sort - even your local community college. It's just the way things are these days.

There are no "good jobs" for high school dropouts. You can't even get into the military without a diploma. You are way too young to settle for so little. Life sucks without an education.

Continue your education, get a degree and you will definately find a good job....and your chances are better. Don't give up, you are half way there. I'm sorry, but I can't think of any jobs that will pay good money without a highschool diploma at least.

Go to an employment agency, have your computer and office skills tested, and try to get an office job. Unfortunately, you're going to be stuck with some very entry-level jobs, but you could work your way up with some additional training. For example, I worked at one job where one of the Sr. VPs started as the receptionist!
Good luck!
