When people get older, they start losing more brain cells. They also forget many things. I've heard that puzzle/word games can solve this problem. Is it true? If it is true, what are some other things to keep memory alive?

the old saying "if you don't use it, you lose it" is absolutely true. So anything that exercises the brain is a good thing to help maintain memory skills. From reading, to crossword puzzles to even computer games. Also good is building a scrapbook of treasured memories to go back to and look at often.

reading a paper--doing puzzles---using the opposite hand to do every day things, they say even walking will help memory.
