The water that goes into the toilet is the same that comes from your tap, so it is not inherently bad. The main problem is that the bowl is contaminated with small traces of feces (also known as crap), and a number of disease carrying bacteria are transmitted by fecal matter. So drinking from the toilet is not a healthy practice. It is also a little weird.

The water in the toilet is often cleaner than that in a sink because it gets flushed and cleaned regularly. As long as it's a new toilet bowl of water you should be OK, but I still wouldn't recommend it.
E.Coli, dysentery, and other diseases you would get from contaminated drinking water are not pleasant. Use a clean glass for your drinking water.

This can not be a serious question. And if it is I suggest you get yourself to a therapist quickly, because there is definitely something wrong with you. The phrase "so clean you could eat/drink off of it" is not meant literally.
