Is it every 2 week hard to do fill out paperwork and phone interview. Tax already or had to do tax by my self? How long it last?

Attached to each check is a form to fill out for the next check. It has a date it must be mailed after. The form tells you what the requirements are. It may have no requirements or it may require that you look for a job. You just indicate what you did in the space provided. The insurance is for 6 months total within a 12 month period. That means you can start and stop without reapplying. A phone call restarts it.
The amount is based on pay received during a prior quarter that occurred about 6 months prior. Employers only report your pay quarterly so it is always based on an old quarter.
You must tell them when you get the first check if you want tax taken out. It is taxable on Federal tax but not state.

If the unemployment pay is too difficult for you, you could always just find a job and not deal with the unemployment.
