Walking is always a good, low impact exercise for the legs, pregnant or not. Just don't run too strenuously.

When I was pregnant, I did lunges and squats. I didn't do a high number of either, just enough each day or every other day to get the blood flowing. I also laid on my sides and did leg lifts and walking is also great for your legs and for the pregnancy all together.

You can do side lifts. Lay on your side with your head propped up on your elbow and lift your leg into the air.
