has anyone had a fibroadenoma that has turned into cancer, or any non cancerous tumor turn into cancer?

Had one out forty years ago - nothing ever showed up again.

Unfortunately I have...mine was non cancerous and was able to be removed. They can be cancerous...the Dr. should take a biopsy to tell weather or not its cancer. Depending on where it is, they should be able to remove it. I had surgery 3 years ago but this year I was diagnosed with a rare form of Cancer one that travels in the lymph nodes. If i were you talk to your doctor, and just keep getting regular check ups, if you notice something that is not right, get in to the doctor right away.
