How about honey wheat pretzels? They're a bit sweet and have good crunch, like a cookie, but are also whole grain and low fat.
Don't completely deprive yourself of sweets, though. Otherwise, you'll end up getting a craving so bad, you won't be able to resist it, and gorge yourself on them. So have something sweet once or twice a week.

Read Healthy Snacks under Recipes
and Reducing Sugar Intake in my blog.
Try low carb, low fat, high fibre, high protein, and exercise. The foods are low caloried, and yet filling and healthy. Brisk walking is great for burning body fats.
It is my lifestyle now. I am on low carb, low fat, high fibre, high protein and a hour brisk walk 5 times a week, and I have lost 31lbs/14kg and gained better health. I am now maintaining my 108lbs/49kg for more than a year, with more fruits and complex carbs.
Details such as my experience, meals, snacks, recipes, foods to buy, reading labels, walking as an exercise and to shape the body etc etc,

Fruits like strawberries, kiwis, raspberries, peaches, mangoes - they all taste sweet! You can also get those 100 calorie snack packs - you get a handful of cookies or whatever for only 100 cals! what else... raw veggies will help b/c they're so munchy - get some carrot sticks, raw broccoli, and celery if you like it - dip them in a bit of fat free dressing and that's pretty good. Maybe also some fat free frozen yogurt, or freezey pops that are sugar free. There's lots of ways to trick your tastebuds! good luck - I think I should take some of my own advice! :)

fruit and carrots, both are sweet, and will satisfy your craving for sweets if you chew slowly. Be sure not to keep chocolates and biscuits in the house, if they aren't there, they won't tempt you. And remember, what you eat, your baby gets too. Much better to give it the health and vitamins from fruits and such.

If you like the taste of celery that would be a good snack.
you can eat all you want because your body actually burns off more calories during the chewing and digestion of celery than the food actually offers to begin with.

try celery, carrots, apples, any fruit and granola. when you go shopping buy the baby carrots. When you get home clean your fruits and vegetables, then store them in Ziploc bags or containers and place in frig. they are easy access plus healthy for you and the baby. They are also great take alongs to where ever you go.

OH! Your having one of those blue days, you feel like you're floating in an ocean of sadness. You're about to burst into tears at any moment and you don't even know why. Ultimately, you feel like you're wandering through life without purpose, and your not sure how much longer you can hang on, and you feel like shouting,"Will someone please feed me sugar!" What I can't understand is,if your pregnant, then why is your name Kevin C.?
