I wish that I could just go to sleep and never wake up again to end all the pain I've been suffering for years now! I'm dying of liver disease! Sorry for the morbidity! Have a great day!!!

Well assuming we rule out the obvious "wish for more wishes", I'd have to say the following would be my wish.
"I wish for immediate and permanent knowledge of what the most accurate religious beliefs are, without having to die or experience any direct repercussions of that knowledge which could reasonably be considered negative."
