just walkin down the street.?
I always see girls just walkin around that I wana get at but don't kow how to start and break the ice.
I'm a black teenager so plz nobody say stuff like start with the weather or just say hi. I really need to know how to get past that tension.
Also I don't wanna hear U shouldn't get at random girls just anywhere because it happens all the time.

I couldn't tell you how to approach girls all the time but just ask them a random question based on the location. Like at the mall, hey do you know where this is? Etc...hey its cheesy but if a guy came up to me and specifically asked me a question I would assume he's interested and maybe go back and make some googoo eye contact.
Of course when you ask the question give a cheesy smile or something. Don't try to play it off cool like give up and down looking gestures, just ask a question...let it be known your interested...it takes time too though, don't expect the girl to just go for it. Well depends on the girl...

Let's say you are walking past the girl. Keep walking past her, but then run back and tell her that she's made an impression on you, or she's beautiful, or somethig along those lines. Then give her your phone number, and tell her that it's ok if she doesn't give you hers, but that she should keep you mind. Of course if she wants to give you her phone number its ok.
Girls like when you are honest, we have enough stuff to do that to start to decipher the hidden codes a random guy on the street is trying to send us. And anyway, it's more romantic the way I described it.

well its one of those things you just have to do. random guys come up to me on the streets often. haha they usualy ask me how old I am and where i'm from, and if im interested in them, i usualy continue the whole conversation and eventually get his number. just find the courage to go up to a group of girls. it helps if you bring a group of your good buddies instead of being alone.
