hun you're not ugly at all. as a girl I don't want to give you a number rating. it's of course entirely up to you how you choose to wear your makeup, but I will tell you that most guys (whether they openly say it or not) prefer makeup more natural unless it's for a special occasion. I say that from hearing it from many of my guy friends and what I've studied in college so far.
no worries though, just be real and be yourself and you should have no problem getting a boyfriend. and know that it's ok to be picky, because sometimes if you're not that's how you get hurt or something happens that you end up regretting... I say that from experience.

Your not ugly - your realy pretty but the thing that you need is confidence dont think your ugly at all (its the truth) and guys will flock to you. A guys opinon a guy is attracted to a confident girl. Secondly maybe ask a guy out you know a lot of guys are cowards when it comes to girls this gois with confidence - ask a guy out and if he says no his loss right?
