Breast implants??

Can people tell if you have breast implants or not, or do the implants look naturally real?

I only had the money to get one done. But to be honest with you I love the way it looks and everyone says it looks very natural

There's absolutely nothing wrong with getting breast implants and if it makes you happy then you should seriously consider it. Talk it over with a doctor to see if you're in good health, and discuss the specific details of the procedure. A doctor should be able to tell you when us too big, and if you go too big that's when you get health problems. As someone before said, the surgeries that turn out badly are usually pretty extreme. You only want to go about a b or c (idk what size you're at now) which is hardly extreme. I'm just letting you know though, I don't know what you look like but a b can be quite small. I'm a b cup and I'm so flat chested I look like a fat little ten year old :(. I too want implants, and I'm considering saline. Yes, they can burst as can silicone, but saline isn't dangerous and it will just be absourbed into your blood stream. The material you use for your implants is one of the details you should talk to your doctor about. As for anyone going on the "love your body" rant: you either love your body or you don't. And if you don't, you probably never will unless you change it, at least a little. Yeah, it kind of sucks but that's just how it is. I personally find it hard to love my body with the recent media switch where you see a lot of full figured women boasting about how great curves are. Not everyone's curvy >:(

I guess it depends on the size you get relative to your current size (if you have A cups and go to a D cup, you are more likely to get that stretched out fake look). However, I think girls are more likely to notice than guys. I can always tell when the girl lays down, like in a bikini. If the breast remains round and looks like it is just sitting on the chest you can tell they are fake. Real boobs tend to merge into the surrounding skin when the woman lays back.

It all depends on how big they are and which doctor you go to, and how good of a job they do on your boobs.

Sometimes even the "expert" at spotting fake boobs can be fooled at least once. It is just a matter of who you see and how well they do at implanting them.

*I am going to get breast implants after I meet my weight loss goal, sort of a present to myself, then I plan on getting a new car...b/c mine sucks.

depend on how big they are. most ladies who do get implants go for the double D size, and then you can totally tell. be warned that implants, most of the time do look fake

Honestly, breast implants lower my opinion of a woman. They are a signal to me that she has self esteem and/or body image problems. Right or wrong, that's how I see it.

If you get the ones that are recommended for your "base diameter" they will look natural (Mentor breast implants supplies their vendors... in this case your plastic surgeon... with a list of sizes and who they are recommended for). You should consider getting them placed under the muscle so you can avoid the indentions and wrinkles people get sometimes. Please interview at least 3 physicians and cross reference them with the following websites.

If they look too good, they probably will be suspected of being fake. Its kind of strange and backward these days will so much surgery around. I suspect there will be so much surgery that inflated figures will start to be unattractive, even if real.

Then it can only be told if its fake or not, if its touched.
