OMG Im so with ya on this one! Im not even Mexican and I have to have it all the time. Last nite I made one of my specialties...huevos rancheros. But I love making tacos, enchiladas, burritos, homemade salsa! Its all soooo yummy!!! Cant pick one favorite!!

I hated Mexican food until I got pregnant....Every since, even after the baby was born, I've loved it.
I agree, quesadillas are probably my favorite too!

I just love, love, love, love Mexican food! It is all so good! All these people that "hate" on Mexicans sure don't complain about their cooking! It is so hard to pick a favorite. But, off the top of my head, I'd have to say chicken enchilladas with green sauce. The reason it tastes so good are the spices and sauces they use.

I LOVE ALL Mexican food!! My most favorite food is steak tacos. That is what I choose to eat almost every time I go to a Mexican restuarant.

Everything. If you think about it, it's almost all the same ingredients...tortilla of some sort, cheese, meat, rice, beans, salsa, chilis...I'm getting hungry right now just writing about it. If I could eat only one type of food for the rest of my life, it would be mexican food.

oh gosh i love mexican food !!!!!!! i think i could eat it everyday and never get sick of it even though im pregnant. my favorite dish is chicken fajita quesadillas so yummy!
