Will the orthodontist take my braces off if I ask him/her to?

Typo: "6 MONTHS" not "6 years"

Also, guys, the question is not "Should I leave my braces on?" If you think I should, then just don't post anything!

i say its best to just keep them on. you only need them for like ayear so your already half way there. another 6 months and its done. apparently if you take them off before its over then your teeth dont stay where they are but gradually move so in the long run you wont actually end up with straight teeth. you could ask your arthodontist though.

six years is quite a bit. unless u want the results, u should leave them on. but if your getting like rashes inside your mouth, u should definetly try a different ortho or just talk with the one u have.

Your orthodontist will not take them out until your treatment is complete.
