It indicates that she had a good enough time to want to spend some out of bed time with me. It's sweet and considerate. I read some pretty positive things into it.

It's ok. Hopefully she understands that it isn't a big deal and isn't going to spin out of control if I don't want any. People invest way too many emotions in things like this and sadly make their relationships succeed or fail based on them because they get the idea there's some grand hidden message in them.
Yes, it's a nice gesture but it doesn't really mean much.

Either she had a really good night (wink wink) and would like to see you more or she was just trying to be nice. I would say all signs point to she likes you.

I don't see problem with it - I have done it. There really isn't any hidden reasons behind it other then being nice
