Oh heck no. I'll let you in on a little secret -- the best "diets" allow you to indulge yourself every once in a while. Heck, professional athletes and bodybuilders give themselves at least one meal a week where they can eat or drink whatever they want -- and some give themselves an entire DAY where they can have their favorite bad-for-you stuff as long as they don't stuff. The trick is to eat healthy the vast majority of the time and to make things like a 6-piece Chicken McNuggets the exception instead of the rule.
So don't beat yourself up over this. You didn't hose your diet. Let it go, move on, and get right back into a healthy eating mode. If you're feeling really guilty about it, then sentence yourself to a one-hour brisk walk around the neighborhood or on the treadmill.

Honestly, diets don't work. You have to make a lifestyle change. Here is the key to a healthy life: Moderation, Balance and Variety. 6 chicken nuggets is not going to ruin your health. 6 chicken nuggets twice a day every day will ruin your health. Eat in moderation, keep a balanced diet and have a lot of variety! Take a nutrition class so you know which foods complement each other the best.

If you only do this once in a while, you won't mess up your diet. What you do in a single day is less important than what you do throughout the week.
If nothing else changes, the net impact at the end of the week may be less than a pound.
Just walk a little more, each day, and you'll cancel out the additional calories.

First off, stop stressing. The great thing is you can always start over. Eat healthy the rest of the day, drink plenty of water and go for a walk.
You know what Scarlett O'Hara said about dieting:
"Tomorrow is another day"

Go for a walk and don't worry about it. One greasy meal won't ruin things. Just get back to eating healthy on your next meal.
