I have uniden Bearcar 30 channel 10 band radio scanner and it says Pch lock out does anyone know how to unlock them or the code to do it?

it means priority channel lock out.theres a button on the
scanner somewhere that unlocks it.when pch is locked into
set it to tha channel takes priority over all the rest.

I'd suggest either reading operators instrcutions, or contacting a local specialist that knowa the equipment

It sounds like, the preset Channel Lock.
It allows you to preset channels.
