You can't be happy and cheerful all the time. But you can make yourself feel better. Eat for gods sake! And get some sleep. I would be a monster if I was sleepy, hungry, and always exercising. Find other things you like to do too, get 8 hrs sleep a night, and eat healthy, balanced meals 3-6 times a day. You'll feel better I guarantee it.

Bi polars also have periods of extreme highs. You dont mention that.
If your having trouble sleeping they have doctors now to help with that. Iwent to one and it has helped. I was getting to Delta sleep before at all for years and now I am. The energy thing could be caused by lack of sleep also.
Go see a dr and ask to see a sleep specialist

Howie said it. You can't be happy all the time and nobody should expect you to be. What, we're all supposed to walk around with big grins pasted on our faces, like movie stars? Heck, even THEY don't look happy, just fake.
Why do you have to be interesting all the time too? You have a right to chill out, hole up in your room or wherever, read a book, whatever you want to do. Regroup.
Only a doctor can tell you if you're bipolar. And maybe he/she can help you with your sleep problem too.

Still didn´t discover the answer!
What if we changed the question?
Look at this one:" How I can get out as swiftly as possible from a "nasty inside wave"?
The answer could be: learning how to swim.
Knowing that there will be always different waves.
Life as an adventure.

May be your just worn out from to much exercise: it does happen. You mite be Bi-Polar, or you mite be causing it yourself. Go see a Doctor about it.

trenbolone,
no one is happy and cheerful all the time. Cut yourself a break, eat a good meal and get some sleep. Let happy and cheerful sneak up on you and pounce.
good luck!
