There couldl be several reasons:
You could be cleaning your bathtub with something you might be having an allergic reaction to.
You could be using a different body soap and the skin on your back and lower legs could be having a reaction to it. Unfortunately it's hard to say whether your whole body would be having a reaction - but localized reactions are common.
You also could have developed heat rash.
Try taking a little bit cooler bath, and change your soap/cleaning supplies out. Make sure you haven't recently changed detergents too (could be your towel).
If it hasn't stopped then, you might want to go see a doctor; theres all kinds of different causes - hope this helped you a little.

There is something in the water or in a product you are using (soap, bath oil, shampoo, etc.) that is causing an allergic skin response. Try eliminating or not using one item at a time and see if the itch does not appear.
It may be the bathtub, especially if is metal and does not have an enamel coating or the coating is pitted or scratched. Try using a different tub.

its just because as you dry off your skin tightens up a little. if you have any amount of dry skin anywhere it will cause this itchy feeling. to remedy get a good lotion like jergens ultra healing lotion and apply to areas after bathing.

Don't use very hot water.
Don't use anything with fragrance. My daughter's skin is like that. I use only Cetaphil soap for her. And lotions without fragrance.

using hot water for your shower may feel good, but that can make you itchy afterwards - try using cooler water, then pat dry - don't rub - and apply lotion.
