Very few are anti-religious in its definitive meaning. However, there are those of nearly every religion that exist the are anathema to most in any religion. They are the fanatics, fundamentalists, Zealots and revolutionaries.

Superstitious thinking, in all forms, tends to legitimize the fundamentalist kinds of religion. In that sense, it's all harmful.

I'd say just the discriminatory kind. So yeah, the fundamentalist kind. And praying when you should be doing something constructive. God helps those that help themselves, and all that jazz.

It's harmful. It supports what the extremists do, just as being a member of hitler youth is wrong even if you don't physically do anything to jews yourself.
