Have faith in Christ instead..........
And continue to pray.....He hears those who are His own....trust me.
Please don't give up.......hang in there and fight the good fight of faith.

Everyone goes through periods of flagging faith, where you feel you're just going through the motions. Sounds contradictory, but the best way past that is to pray for faith, to ask God to take your doubting and jaded soul and rekindle the fire. Start by praying in praise and thanksgiving rather than in supplication, just concentrate on feeling sure inside that God IS there.

I think you have to remember that we when pray, the answer that God gives isn't necessarily the one we want to hear. He'll either tell us, "yes," "no," or "wait." As Christians we want Him to answer us immediately, but God has everything planned for a reason. His timing is rarely on track with ours, so what seems like an eternity to us is perfect in His eyes. I think you should attempt to remain consistent in your praying even though you've become weary. Sometimes we need to ask God to give us faith in the times we're lacking it...and there's absolutely NOTHING wrong with doing so.
"For I know the plans I have for you," declares the LORD, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future."
~Jeremiah 29:11 (New International Version)~
"Trust in the LORD with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding;in all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight. "
~Proverbs 3:5-6 (New International Version)~

You have to realize that we all go through a crisis of faith every once in awhile. You just have to keep focused and maybe try a different approach to your spirituality. Sometimes doing something a little different can jump start your faith and help you see it in a different light. Just don't give up.

Everyone goes through a period of time such as that.
This is why Jesus described the vine and the vine dresser whereas we are the vine and God is the vine dresser tending to the vine... each of us goes through a fruit bearing season and a pruning season, and one where we must wait for the rain. Right now you are just in your "waiting period" most likely and you just need to hold steadfast to prayer and believe that he'll bring you through the other side. This is why sometimes we must wait on his deliverance .... I'll pray for you also

Sometimes we have to be thankful for the prayers that are unanswered, and the doors that God doesn't open...We may not see it or understand it at the time, but some day you will....
Just keep praying, don't let your faith be diminished..let it be strengthened when you feel down..you may not be able to see him, but he is there..Pray for Him to show you his Will, not what you have been asking for, but what he wants you to pray for and what he direction he wants you to go.

What are you praying for? Is it in God's will for you to have whatever it is? You can find out if what you've asked is in His Will by searching the bible to see what it says on the matter. For instance, if you are asking God for a husband but your life is in disorder, God will not allow you to marry because He wants the best for both you and your future husband. Rather, God would probably want you to "get your house in order" and prepare to become everything the bible says a wife should be for the man he brings into your life to marry.

Thisl ife is tough. However, we must understand that God and man don't operate on the same schedule. Don't give up. Continue to seek help with this problem. I'm sure He will work things out. He sees the big picture when we don't.

True prayer is very Silent. God created you therefore all your needs are known before you even have the need. The "Alter" of God is that Silent place within you. Know that you are "IN" His care even when it seems opposite. All negatives have a positive hidden in them. The trick is in your focus.

You do not give your affiliation/denomination but if you are a professing Christian and you know your Salvation is secure I would suggest one thing to do.
If you review your prayers and find they are all I, I, I, me, me, me, give to me, do for me, help me... then delete those and add help her, help him, help them, please guide our nation and it's leaders, please intervene in the lives of those who are in greater need than I..... get the idea... and throw in a lot of thanks and praise to the one who has provided for you and for the bounty of the Earth that gives us all we really need... praise The One who gives us what we need...not necessarily what we want.
If you do not know that your Salvation is secure then you need to get with a strong one of The Faith and work on Finding The Way to God that He prescribes.
God dose not hear the prayers of those not of The Church, nor dose He hear the insincere prayers of those of The Church.

The purpose of prayer is to find the courage to go on in spite of setbacks. Are you expecting too much?
