Ok so I know you gotta poop/pee yourself not to give away your position as a marine sniper in the Ghillie Suit, but what's the policy if an enemy K-9 unit comes your way and the dog starts barking in your direction or at you? Or worse, if it actually starts attacking/biting you? Can anyone answer this?

A sniper would never put himself in a position to be spotted by a K-9 unit. If a dog is around you will be found. There is no scent that you can mask yourself with, the dog would still find you. Ghillie suit or not, it doesn't hide you from the dog's sniffer.
A sniper never puts himself into a position of no escape, there are always multiple exit points from their current position. If a sniper gets himself in a spot where a dog starts barking in his direction then his position is pretty much given up, because all the K-9 handler would have to do is release his dog and it would be done. K-9 units are used in patrols around the base perimeter, rarely are they used out in the field for patrol. The whole point of being a sniper is not being close to your targets so they wouldn't ever get into this type of a predicament.

When you are on your way to the target area, you do what you need to in a hole and bury it. No need to give yourself away by dropping a duece in the middle of where you are. One thing to keep in mind, its not like they have to have their target eliminated by 4pm, they are trained to sit and wait. Its not like they are stopping by Taco Bell and then having to go an hour later, they are eating better food than that, and stuff that their bodies absorb, instead of create waste. Plus, when you are in that moment, they probably don't eat that much anyways. The water they drink, they use to stay hydrated. They might have to urinate some out, and if they do, they probably do in their pants. Simply because, once they get into position, they don't want to move and risk being detected.

You dont let them get that close. You should be in a position where you can see if someone is coming. Since there are always two of you, one is looking the other direction until you actually engage someone. If they can or have detected you, you get out of there. There is usually an escape route and extraction plan.

If the circumstance allows you remain still until the dog gets close, thenyou have to try and hold it by the neck and slit its throat, pulling the corpse under you and hope the dogs handler has not spotted you (your number two should be tracking the handlers movements and anticipating his reactions to the dog going quite.

When a mission is compromised you ex filtrate yourself. Not every mission is completed.
