My little bro wants to watch episode 16, but we don't have toon disney and it is never on when he watches abc family, is there any sites with this episode on it where he could watch?

You should check out this site I found. I'm not sure if they have the Mystic Force Power Ranger episodes, but they do have the old Power Ranger episodes.I would avise joining the link below because they're currently uploading old Mighty Morphin episodes and plan on doing a few of the series. I think someone mentioned there that they're thinking about going up until In Space because that is when Zordon meets his fate and when Power Rangers should've ended. The episode downloads are legal, free, adware/spyware free, and virus free. I think these are the best episode downloads out there, they look as if they were taken right out of the television. Enjoy!

Since he doesn't have Toon Disney, I am able to tape them, but you can find some of the DVDs at your local video store.
