I have fallen in love witgh a girl and she also claimed she loves me. I bought her a car although the amount was all I had in my savings and right after that she just left me.
what should I do now?
should i insist in my love feeling or should I get back the car somehow?

You don't indicate why she left you but from the way you worded it, it sounds like you are saying that you think she used you to get a car and once she got what she wanted, she left you, and that may or may not be the case. If you don't know why she left you, try asking her. If she was only using you to get what she wanted, she is not worth pursuing.

As for the car, if you don't indicate if you loaned her the money for it or it was a gift. She is likely going to claim it is the latter. If the car is titled in her name, there is no way for you to get it back. You could try suing her in Small Claims Court for the cost of the car; however, you are going to need to be able to prove that the funds that you provided to her for the car was a loan, not a gift and be able to do so by the preponderance of the evidence. As you were involved romantically at the time, if there was no discussion of her every repaying you, it will likely be viewed as a gift and you will not be able to prove your case.

Wow, that was very generous of you. Maybe even a bit foolish, perhaps? How long were you with the girl before you bought her the car? That's a very big, expensive gift for someone to give someone. There probably isn't a way you can get the car back now, afterall, it was a gift--like you said. But let this be a lesson to you. Next time, don't waste your money.
