. . . even Christ fell three times.

I beg to differ with this statement. Christ was, is and will always be perfect. He never fell - satan tempted - but Christ NEVER fell. Hence, HE is the only substitute for our sins. All sin requires sacrifice - Christ was the perfect sacrifice.

I disagree with the moral high ground it is on. I disagree with the fact that all is based on the bible, but everyone even in the faith has different interpretations. I hate the fact that if u don't believe something in the faith, u are wrong. I hate the fact that ppl are told if u don't follow a doctorine of the faith, u are baD and will go to hell. This is to keep sin away, yes, but in the Bible, it says christ forgives those who are truly repentant...and the church preaches this. Then y tell people to be on the striagtht and narrow, and keep them in a bubble, so when they go out in the world, they won't know what to do, and even if they fall, they feel guilty? The catholic faith preaches the submissiveness of women to men, and make them seem powerful. But in the bible, christ is fair. He doesn't even punish Mary magdaline for her sin. The church protects preists who do wrong. The church says if a person isn't a certain way, they're condemned by god. But god is their creator, so how can they be condemed? The catholic faith needs to learn to have teachings that relate to the times of it's people...and understand that people are fallable...even christ fell three times. They need to really be like christ and forgive instead of preach and punish.

that's all I have for now. I disagree with a lot of the faith. But I agree with Jesus Christ. The core foundation is fine. But everyone has a different view when the bible is read. That's the way it's designed. The church isn't open to this. It should be. The church is just a bit too male dominated. Yes, women have their place, but it's a place of honor and should be treated so. The church doesn't teach that. OH, here's the kicker. I haVe no religion to compare it to. I wrote what I live. I am a catholic.

I can't compare it to anything other than Christianity.

If you do real reseach into Catholocism, you will find that it did not originate from the bible. 325 A.D. became a Catholic decree at the Council of Nicea (Nicean Creed) and the teachings and preaching of the Apostles and those who "kept the faith" that originated in the book of Acts was slowly being snuffed out by Catholics via Rome. Ever heard of the Dark Ages, or ...

To quote also, "Christianity developed rapidly in Rome and other parts of the world during the 1st century. In the first century AD, the Christian community in Rome was still diminutive with perhaps having as few as some hundreds or thousands of followers. Being a new religion with a different idea from the established Roman religion, it was not surprising that Christians were persecuted on several occasions. One apparent problem was that Christianitys being a monotheist religion, one God and no other, was prone to being called traitor to the polytheistic religion of Rome."

Those being deceived by the doctrin and "traditions" of the Roman "religion" are not being given The Truth of The Salvation Message. No priest may give The Truth of Salvation, If they do they could be kicked out...No "catholic" knows for certain that they are going to Heaven... No pope has ever been able to say he going to Heaven.

Those of The True Christian Faith know for a certainty that they are going to Heaven when their mortal life ends.

The Head of The Church is Jesus The Christ. There is no need for any man to stand between God and the individual.

The relationship of God to the individual is one-on-one and personal. There is no need for any confession to be made to any mortal... Confession is directly to God and forgivness is directly from God.

There is only One Church... and the one in Rome is not it... the claim of the Roman "religion" to be the first and only is false

the list would get too long even for YA but that is enough for me to state that the teaching and "traditions" of the Roman "religion" are not of The True Christian Faith

All who come to God in The Way He prescribes will receive His free gift of Salvation. those become part of The Body of The Church of which Jesus The Christ is The Head. Those are the ones of The True Christian Faith. Only those of The Church will enter Heaven.

Catholicism seems so austere and structured to me. There doesn't seem to be very much room for individuality in worship and all the rites and rituals don't seem very reflective of the simplicity taught by Christ.

I don't personally have a problem with Catholics. I don't have a problem with the way anyone wants to worship. It just doesn't *feel* right to me.

Catholic's confess their sins to a priest. And they do some kind of pentance for their sins. When Christ was crucified, he did away with the priest, we can go directly to the throne.

The Virgin Mary was favored among women, but she was still just a woman. she had to accept Christ as her saviour just like you and me.

If, by Catholic Faith you mean Church Dogma, then I do not disagree with any of it.

Catholics claim they earn the way to salvation. If you study the Bible, it says we are saved by Gods grace and mercy. We are not capable of earning salvation. Even our "good works" are but filthy rags before a perfect God. This was the issue of the Reformation. We are all dead in sin. Only Gods grace gives us faith. He is in control.

I used to be catholic. I didn't like confessing my sins to priests. The Bible says to confess your sins directly to God. Catholics pray to Mary who is a human being. They believe that water baptism saves you. They believe that you must be catholic in order to be saved. There are other things but those are the main ones.
