I love when people give out advice like 'be an adult " and "grow up" when they have no idea what there talking about first of allIm sure you two have done something immature and wrong before ...nobodys perfect second of all the reason i got a speeding ticket is because I started a job and it was my first day i got a babysitter and she canceled that morning so i had to find a new one (its hard to get jobs where i live) and to be late on the first day (there strict) i would have been fired. Im a single mom and get no child support or help from anyone so i have to make do on my own ..I have no liscence and cant pay for it because i now dont have a job because i cant drive to a job on a suspended liscense and i deffinately need a job being a single mother so i figured id ask this questin to see how much trouble i can get into if i do get a job and drive to it on a suspended liscense

If you are suspended still, like you say you are, you will receive a citation for Operating While Suspended or OWS. It is as simple as that.

Just remember you will eventually get pulled over and receive a citation for OWS. Did you go to the DMV and find out why or for how long you will be suspended for?

Most states recognize the suspension of a license in other states and will not allow you to get a license there until you have cleared up whatever problems caused the suspension. If you are caught driving without a license in any state you will more than likely be arrested since you would have the charge that got you pulled over in the first place, driving without a license, and no insurance (since insurance will not cover an unlicensed driver). Get that ticket cleared up.

when you apply for a license one of the questions will be is your license under suspension in any other state.and you will have some explaining to do.they probably will Honor the suspension.but right now your driving on an expired license and you get 1 month in the house of correction here in MA. i think that's what Paris Hilton did time for driving on a suspended license.if yo Got pulled over and they run your license your screwed.you will probably get arrested and your car towed.See if you knew you were moving before you were found guilty and got the Alabama license you would have been all set.you just couldnt drive in the state of FLA for the lenght of suspension, providing FLa and Al dont have recipricating laws.

myself in the same spot i think it's up to you u could risk it but just make sure you don't give cops a reason to pull you over im sure you won't get arrested like other people have told you but you are going to be given a ticket for driving on a suspended lisence unless you have a warrent out for your arrest go online to your local court website and check if there is one if you do get pulled over your car will be inpounded and it'll cost you alot more so i think you shood go pay the fine or ask to do payments to get it cleared off and get your lisence back

A summons, maybe jail.

You will definitely have to pay a fine. Things like that don't go away on their own...you need to be an adult and take care of it.

Fine, possible jail time and your license is suspended even longer.

I agree with the first post, GROW UP.
