If you're talking about the branch of theology that focuses on what it meant that God the Son took on human form and became man, then that is "incarnation theology."
If you're talking about a theology of bodily things, like sexualilty, there is a very good book called "Embodiment," by James B. Nelson.
If you're talking about the "Mystical Body of Christ," then check in 1 Corinthians 12:17 where Paul is explaining how the church works. Christ as the head, and we as the different members of the body. "If all the body were an eye, then how could it hear?"
