Smokers burn approx. 200 more calories a day than non-smokers. Smokers die sooner. Which is more important to you?

It is meant to suppress appetite. It is not really a reliable method to loose weight.
I smoke and have never felt any particular desire to eat a lot or stop eating as a result.
However there are many articles that support the appetite suppression theory. So not really sure.

Smoking cigarettes decreases the appetite. Smoking marijuana increases the appetite. Smoking is harmful to your health and there are much better ways to lose weight.

Giving up smoking makes you hungry. That is why so many quitters put on weight. It is because they are compensating for the ciggies with food.
