My sis has it real bad and I dont want to catch it.

All forms of tonsillitis are contagious. Tonsillitis usually spreads from person to person by contact with the throat or nasal fluids of someone who is already infected. All family members should wash their hands frequently. .

Yes its contageous (I can not spell!)
i caught it off my sister, you should wash your hands lots and if shes touched a door handle try not to touch it because of bacteria

Yes, but, for the record, I had it (many years ago), and neither of my younger siblings ever caught it.
