Both of my sources below are from the US Food and Drug Administration, a very viable source. They both say that there is nothing wrong with aspartame or sucralose. So if you're worried about what you've been hearing about "fake sugar", this is the best resource I've found.
As for diet pop as a whole, the carbonation and acidity I've heard (no source for that) can cause damage to your stomach and intestines, so sticking to something like Vitamin Water will ensure that no damage occurs. 150 calories and 20 carbs is nothing if you keep up a good exercise routine, and keep eating healthy meals. Better to be safe than sorry.

Good you ought to feel- the whole lot has water in it. Diet pop is often water. However it has carbonation and has caffene, depending in case you are ingesting diet sprite or food regimen pepsi. It nonetheless is about 95% water. Additionally has aspertame which is speculated to cause some varieties of harmful cancers. The glowing waters are commonly the equal thing as a food regimen sprite. It has aspertame, no caffeene, its carbonated and includes ordinarily water. One factor you could are attempting are the Aquafina flavored waters that arent carbonated. If no longer that, then there may be additionally little packets of lemonade combine they promote to taste your water with out so much sugar. Dont forget that foods equivalent to fruits and vegetables include typically water, so that could be a supply as good. For those who relatively cant drink any of these I simply acknowledged, then keep on with the weight loss plan clear pop. Its now not water, but at the least its now not sugary soda loaded with calories and refined carbs.

Vitamin water is better than pop, especially diet, but plain water is still the best.
Just because a water has vitamins in it does not mean your body will absorb the vitamins. Especially if they are synthethic.
Diet soda contains a neuro toxin called Aspartame.
You can read about it by doing a search, "Dying for Diet".

Who really knows, I am sure it is better than diet soda, but not certain how much better. I have heard diet soda actually causes people to gain weight instead of losing weight. Water is too plain for me, I need the fruity flavor in order to drink water, so I hope Vitamin Water is a good alternative. I really like that new Tropicana Fruit Water.

It's not as bad as diet pop as far as unhealthy additives & preservatives, but it isn't great. Really, the best for you would be water or juice. It can be hard getting used to drinking things that aren't highly flavorful, but it can be done.
You're aware of the calorie content (I have friends who just assumed it was 0 calories, like water), so just be careful not to let vitamin water up your calorie intake too much. Also remember it's a pretty expensive alternative to water, or to soft drinks, but if it helps you keep your weight off, then go for it!
Congrats on losing all that weight!

Vitamin water = calories, read the label, sugar, fructose, 50 calories per serving. One serving is 8oz. 1 20oz bottle off the shelf has 2-1/2 servings = 125 calories. If you drink just 2 bottles a day that's 250 calories. I liked it until I read the label closely. If you're not counting calories - go for it.

well considering i gave up soda about a year or so ago since it's unhealthy, i'd say vitamin water is certainly more healthy than it.
how well your body absorbs the vitamins in the water, i don't know, but it's way better for you, and it tastes a lot better too.
the only thing i'd watch out for is the sugar, if i remember correctly there is 13 g in a serving, and 2.5 servings in the whole bottle.

Pop diet or not isn't good for you. Actually diet pop can be worse for people trying to lose weight. If you want flavor but you're not sure about all of the "extras" try crystal lite, and for your vitamins take the pill version.

nicely you'll be able to desire to think of- each and every thing has water in it. eating regimen pop is fairly a lot water. besides the shown fact that it has carbonation and has caffene, based in case you're eating eating regimen sprite or eating regimen pepsi. It nonetheless is approximately ninety 5% water. additionally has aspertame that's claimed to reason some sorts of risky cancers. The sparkling waters are fairly a lot the same factor as a eating regimen sprite. It has aspertame, no caffeene, its carbonated and contains especially water. one factor you need to attempt are the Aquafina flavored waters that arent carbonated. If no longer that, then there is likewise little packets of lemonade blend they sell to style your water with out a lot sugar. Dont forget that ingredients including culmination and vegetables encompass especially water, so as that's a source as nicely. in case you relatively cant drink any of those I in basic terms reported, then stick to the eating regimen sparkling pop.
