Hello, EG:
We have truly made a mess of God´s plan to save this planet. There were actually three periods of earth´s history. I´ll call the first antediluvian. That group was distroyed in the flood. then God called Abraham´s descendants to preserve His truths. They chose to serve idols instead and killed the Messiah.
So Jesus tells us there is a time for the Gentiles. We made a worse mess of things than the others, killing an extimated 60,000,000 people in the name of God.

Suppose you hear in one of the towns the LORD your God is giving you that some worthless rabble among you have led their fellow citizens astray by encouraging them to worship foreign gods. eg, because people refuse to study them for themselves, instead they buy Joyce Meyers videos, watch TBN, ETC.ETC. and never allow themselves the blessing of sitting and prayerfully reading the scriptures until God breathes His blessing of revelation. They only believe what they hear. What a blessing they are missing out on.

If you think the old testament is beautiful, please reread it and mark with a pen everything that should not be allowed, like genocide, incest, a father offering his daughter to his neigbours.
