i am making chicken leg quarters in our crock pot with potatoes and honey dijon bbq sauce on top and rosemary and thyme and salt and pepper. we are also having chicken casserole as my kids dont like bbq sauce. thanks for asking and have a good day..

London Broil with a lemon/soy sauce marinade, lemony roasted asparagus, and most likely a salad with butter lettuce. I have some Himalayan red rice I might cook up as well.

On a diet so grilled chicken, light on the emerald seasoning, brown minute rice and steamed cauliflower. Sorry it's not more exciting but it's healthy.
