Yes there is an all-knowing God, Betterage:

He knows our only security in the cosmic conflict is to trust in Him. He knows the very hairs of our head, but prayer is a means of binding ourselves to Him.

You may know of the famous Dr. Hale who pioneered research at the Hale Observatory many decades ago. He was the first to notice that our galaxy is in the center of the heavens. Because of the Doppler red-shift, we can see that all galaxies are moving away from us.

Why was the last of God´s creation, the one His all-knowing wisdom knew we would fall into sin, placed in the center? That is because He had a remedy to restore this fallen planet into His original design. But the best part is that He will make this planet the NEW HEAVEN--that is, the Capitol of the trillions of Galaxies in His creation.

How awesome. He has hidden a Bible code in the only part of the Bible you can´t understand until the end of the days. It reveals the overall timing and plan of redemption. See http://abiblecode.tripod.com

Shalom, peace in Jesus, Ben Yeshua

The all powerful God created us and what we know today. We are what we make of it. So live a life of hate and anger and contempt, the world, at least in your eyes, will reflect that. If a mass group will do that as we see today the world will be like that for the rest. God does not control us nor the world, though he can, but he put us here with the freewill to choose what we want. To choose what we make of this world and ourselves. So far it seems to be a choice of slowly seeping religion out of society and doing whatever we want without regards to good and evil.

God is not at fault here. It is us.

No. If it wanted prayer and worship, it would have invaded and conquered the Earth like in War of the Worlds. That is what megalomaniacs do, isn't it? Worship me or die, Luke. I'm your father, Luke. Hmmmm, I see the parallel.

It's all about the power of prayer. I think it's considered "alternative energy" in parts of West Texas.

Prayer is simply the only form of communication we have with Him at this point...He is our Father and wants to hear from us.

Does an artist want people to come and see and admire his paintings? Does a composer want people to come and listen to and appreciate his music? God wants us to show gratitude for all that He has created for us out of love.

Prayer is not about changing God's mind, it's about changing our mind to fit with His will.

A benevolent god cannot be omnipotent and omniscient. Its followers may claim that it is; it might claim to be. It might even believe that it is. It cannot.

The Creator/Universe is neutral.
