I believe your question needs to be more specific.

When you say "their rights regarding their job.." one can think what their rights are as far as employment rights.

You can also take this question as what their rights are when conducting their job as far as what they can do with probationers.

The right to carry & use a firearm. THAT means that the parolee or probationer HAS NO RIGHTS!!!
