It's called being an "attention whore". Though often thought just to be a female ailment, it does affect guys as well.. He doesn't want you but, for his ego, he wants to keep you wanting him.

not all guys are direct some guys totally freak about calling cold turkey.you need to let him know next time you are interested and he will feel more comfortable even if you suggest drinks or a movie. if he still doesn't respond move on he really is not interested.

guys sometimes dont really think about calling but what it is, is that he might be thinking that the time he spends with you is enough to keep the relationship going rather than to be just talking to you on the phone when you talk in person and it is a lot better conversation. and when he is with you and devoting his time to you its so that he can get as much out of the little time he has to spend with you so that it isnt a dead afternoon. but dont think too much of it...

Guys are just as nervous as you are. If you have his number, why dont you call him? Once the intial phone call.....he may warm up to calling you more.

Yes,and this only happens if he is a player.........
you should be careful with such guy,note it becomes terrible if he don't call at all ,at least he cant always have reasons not to call

Don't sweat it. I know quite a few guys who HATE talking on the phone. But are really great guys.

im not into calling. i prefer up person. doesnt mean i dont like the person any less. but if you called him hes more likely to call back.

guys hate calling because it always seems like there calling too much or that the girl doesn't want them too
