I met this guy a year ago at the local bar where he bartends,we seemed to have a connection and by the end of the night he asked for my number,so i gave it to him and left to go to a friends house,he is also friends with that person and found out i was there and came over,i ended up crashing on the couch and him on the floor,he drove me to my car the next morning. For the past year I go in the bar about once a month,he will either give me a hug,say hello, give me a free shot, always flirty towards me.once when i was leaving he yelled'i love you'but i kept walking out.I dont want to be another girl to him that hangsout there.escpecially considering i gave him my number a year ago and he never used it,but yet he acts like he likes me when im around. He invited me over his place late one night right before he was getting off,i had to refuse because i dont want to seem like im easy to give it up,how do i get him to pursue me in taking me out besides the bar or afterhours at his place?

you two need to go out together at somewhere other than the bar he works at. part of it from my opinion is that when hes at the bar, the situation around him and were hes at effects on what he will talk about. so you need to take him out away from his working environment. see if he treats you differently this time, if its better than at the bar. than i think he likes you better than you just being a "bar chick".

Hope It Turns Out the Way You Would Like It To!

Be up front and say sumthin like when you going to take advantage of that number I gave you and say it in a flirty way so he knows ur interested in him and that u WANT him to take u out... this way u dont actually have to ask him out and seem needy... and it oozes confidence

Why not tell him what you just told us....pretty simple. You are old enough now where you should be able to hanlde those types of conversations.
