my husband drives truck all over the country and is gone for weeks at a time, 30 days is not such a long time, it may be a little lonely, but you can visit [be careful of the collect calls, they get expensive, here they start at $6.00 each] find things to do besides sitting around brooding about him being gone, take the kids swimming or to the zoo etc to take your mind off things. you will do fine for this long, just make sure to let him know not to get into trouble again, it is not fair to you and the kids...hang in there

One always reaches down inside themselves during difficult times to "make it through" the troubled times.

My suggestion is that when he does get out....you let him know what effects his incarceration had on you and your family.

Maybe that will make him think twice before making a poor decision in the future.

Best wishes.

I wish you the best, it is a shame that his problems will hurt you. There should be a way he could be punished without hurting you at all, that would be a fairer form of justice.

sad how people get locked up for victimless crimes, but I guess that's the kind of fascism we gotta deal with.

That's nothing.

Why don't you find a boyfriend who isn't a criminal? Who would be a better influence on your children?
