It depends on NC driver licensing laws, but I'm pretty sure you can't hold two licenses, and if you were moving or transferring and trying to re-register in NC, you would not be able to with a suspended license. Mine was suspended in VA for two weeks and I found out when I tried to renew my vehicle registration -- DMV won't allow you to register or even renew a registration on a suspended license in VA, so I assume the same goes to NC. Check with the DMV, though, there may be loopholes

It is called a "Motorcycle endorsement", which specifies what vehicles you can operate. Now it is very hard (impossible) to get a endorsement on a license you do not have. In short, no! If you are caught operating any motorized vehicle on the road you will be in more trouble. Even if it is using a vehicle that does not require a license.

I have my licsence suspended in Arizona, and until the suspension is lifted by the courts, I can't get a license. however, you can go and talk to a judge, and the judge can issue a conditional driving permit, that limits your driving privleges to the hours you may drive, but if you need to get around, it at least enables you to go places and get things done

Not likely. Most States are connected by computers. You would be asked if you are under suspension in another State when you apply for a license in NC.

I would think not. I have a DUI, I live in California, I would have already went to Nevada to get my license there and drove in California, but that doesn't work.
