There has been a tremendous amount of support generated for the recent floods. Local American Red Cross has sent volunteers from their chapters to the affected areas. They are providing food, shelter and a stipend to the families. Join your local chapter, get trained in disaster service, it is FREE, and you could go out and help people in affected areas! I was supposed to go to Oklahoma or Minneapolis but had to decline due to a family emergency.

leave it to the glorified babus called " Bureaucrats " . they are good at it and sincerely doing for their masters the ' politicians' with the knack of pocketing a lion share always.
