011 44 and then the #
Mark's wrong.
It's 011 not 00. That's FROM the UK.
Really? Cuz, I call London forty times a day for business...and I dial 01144 and the number...
AND ...here's website to prove it for ya...

I call it home, the union, the U.S. of A., or the United States of America too. I would have to put New Jersey - my home state as one of my favorite states because it may be small, but it packs quite a punch. It has a great education/health care system, the Jersey Shore, a lot of nice communities amidst some cities that may give the impression NJ is dirty but it is anything but. Plus, it is 1 of the original 13 colonies and 2nd official US state so it has a lot of history. I also love both Carolinas, Virginia, Alabama, Tennessee, California, New York, some parts of Florida (but for no more than a week visit), Pennsylvania, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Vermont, Georgia, Minnesota, Ohio, Delaware, and Maryland. I did not really love Indiana, Iowa, and West Virginia I have been to all these states.

Catgrace is 100% correct! 011 44 then the number. You might have to dop the first 0 for it to work properly.
So if you wanted to dial 012 3456 7890 you would dial
011 44 12 3456 7890

Dial 0044, and then the number (without the 0 at the beginning)
So, if you wanted to call 01234 567890
You would dial 0044 1234 567890
