Probably the cooling fan motor.

check out the temp sensor it might not work which will cause the vehicle to overheat under load.

The coolant may be low, the thermostat may need changing also check it out, hope this helps.

because you have a cooling system problem take it to the shop before your car catches fire and goes boom. good luck and get there soon .
