It is very possible. Some patients are needing help in areas that our society will not tolerate or accept. Instead they are drugged before being passed off to the next professional. A psychological patient said there would be a hurricane in the united states in 5 years named Catrina during an episode years ago.

The world is leaded by humanbeings.And the peace of humanbeing depends on eachother if one understands other then the world can be a place of peace.But it hardly seems to be peaceful as a major amount of humanbeing is out of control.
