that has already been turned into a credit agency or has no money on it at a store that has that manual credit card swiping machine?can i get arrested or what will happen?

You should feel bad because what you did was wrong especially if you knew your standing. I dont think you will get arrested..

It would get rejected right away wouldn't it? Or are you speaking of a credit card machine that's not connected to credit card institutions, or something...and it just makes a note of the transaction? That would be weird...

Basically what you have committed here is for one fraud, for two theft. If the company you obviously stole from wants to pursue it they can legally take you to court and have a warrant sworn out for your arrest. If it was a high enough amount it will become a felony.

I certainly would not do it, and you maybe committing fraud if you borrow money knowing you can't pay it back, ask a lawyer for an informed opinion on any aspect of the law.

in the UK they'd say: "sorry Sir but your card has been rejected, do you have another one I can try?"
In the USA, I am not so sure.

ITS THE SAME AS WRITING A BAD CHECK, IF YOU KNOWINGLY USE THE CARD ITS FRAUD. AND AGAINST THE LAW.
