no remember if it truly is quintessential. I used to call my church a lot---no longer too generally, yet while one pastor cxould pray and clean up the undertaking then there was once little need for the finished elders to desire. The used to have a drugs line up on the front of the church, besides the incontrovertible fact that supply up that 15 years interior the previous. i used to be in that church some years. truly some the time, whoever responded the telephone on the church would pray and a miracle ought to take place. i do no longer hardship them to any quantity better. That was once on a similar time as my husband was once heavily eating and walking around, and we've been in a nasty location, I had just about no money, no vehicle, ought to no longer even purchase clothing or bypass to the regularly occurring practitioner. yet when I stgarted working i used to be surrounded by using way of demon-possessed people so I besides the incontrovertible fact that had emergencies.

Why would god change his plan because someone prayed for it? Isn't his plan perfect? Why would you want his plan to change? Do you think his plan is bad? You must not believe very strongly then. You shouldn't need prayer, you should just be able to accept what god dishes out and thank him for the blessings and curses you receive.

Prayer "avails" nothing.
Why don't we see mountains moving around?
Oh yeah,... "it's not the will of god."
They why bother praying at all?
If he knows what you want, before you want it, he should just do it.
Pray for an amputee to regrow a limb and see what happens.

Multiple studies have shown that prayer avails nothing.
Get over it.
Stop praying for something to happen and go out and actually work to make it happen.
