If you were a parent would you rather your 10-17 year old kid play a game with nudity in it or violence. The nudity involves sex scenes, breasts, and other things. The violence involves shooting cops, blowing up people, killing anyone or thing that moves basically. Obviously this game would be rated "M" which means 18+.

Neither, especially at 10 years old. At 15 a child should be mature enough to understand reality vs. fantasy and handle the violence without applying it to real life. Any game with nudity is completely inappropriate. However, there are enough games out there that you don't have to allow them to play either. That's why the rating system is in place.

I would say no, my boyfriend would say yes. I grew very conservatively and find that younger kids don't need to see all of that with what is already going on in the world, but if they are 16, 17, I guess I would let them. I don't know that's a tuffy.

Hes too you to play those games that is why they have the age restriction. We will see the causes of letting younger kids play those games in their adult life.

You are the parent and responsible for the well being of your child until they can support themselves. Neither of these choices are supportive of your child's well being and they certainly don't give a realistic view of life. Get a backbone and do your job, tell them neither.

a ten year old certainly doesn't need to be exposed to this kind of game -- kids need to do "kid things" not adult stuff.

if a 17 or 18 year old can buy this type of game, and their parents don't disapprove, there's nothing i can do about it.

If they are rated 18+ then my children below that age would play neither.
