I Nordic Walk 45 minutes to an hour a day. It's a great total body exercise based on cross-country skiing.

i walk back from school wich is about a half an hour walk if i walk fast, and when i can be bothered i do a exercise dvd =].
an i like the feeling after some exercise to, makes me feel all ready to go! haha

i take freestyle kickboxing classes. my partner does brazilian jiu jitsu so when we're home and baby's in bed we'll clear the room and spa for about 30 minutes. its brilliant, we hardly ever argue too!! and no, we don't go as far as to hurt each other......
