he bartends at the local bar.I met him a year ago and the first night we seemed to have a connection,he asked for my number,i gave it to him and left to go to a freinds house,he is also friends with the person and found out i was there and came over,i crashed on the couch and him on the floor,he drove me to my car in the morning.For the past year I would go in the bar about once a month,he always would give me a hug,say hello,give me a free shot here and there,and little flirting he would send off,he once yelled"i love you"as I was leaving.I dont want to be another one of those bar flies to him,so I have kept my distance only for that reason,even though i really like him.He invited me over his house one night but I declined(Im not gonna just'give it up')How do I get him to want to know me more?as in taking me out besides the bar or just an afterhours at his place?I wanna be more than a paying costomer.what do I do?Is he even interested in more?

You said you gave him your number over a year ago, right? Does he ever use it? Tell him to.....like in a cute way. Or if he ever says anything about not getting to see you as often as he'd like, tell him the ball is in his court and that he has your number. Be flirty still, but not desperate. I'd say he's definitely interested. Good luck girl! ;-)
