I bought the paintings at auction on the cruise. They are all by the same artist, and the one that I really wanted has not been sent. I received a letter yesterday from a representive of Norwegian cruise lines informing me that they are not going to send the last painting and that I should call my credit card company and tell them there is a discrepency on my card. They gave no reason for the sudden change. I want an answer for this companies poor customer service, and dare I ask an apology. I am frustrated and I don't know or how to fix this or what to do. Please help and give me advice on how to handle this. Thank you

Thats strange, since NCL uses Park West as their art company on the ships. Why would NCL send the letter. Did they leave a phone number or confirmation number on the letter. I would look at the other information I have and start by calling Norwegian, then Park West..I would want to know why you are not receiving it. At least they are telling you that there is a discrepency on your credit card, but still I would want to know why?? Good Luck

Hi,

Contact either Park West Direct, there should be a contact name and number on the letter. Failing that contact NCL direct, they will definatley help you out, If NCL have Park west on board their cruise lines they need to know about their customer service, or lack of it in this case. Good Luck....

contact the company who is contracted by NCL. If that doesn't work Keep calling NCL and get someone who can answer your questions. Good luck to you.
