You could try advertising on Craigslist.org

Put up some flyers in your local grocery stores, flower shops, tailors/seamstresses, coffee shops, and bridal boutiques.

Maybe an ad in the local newspaper. Do you have a local town newspaper, not like the daily one's but a weekly one, the town I grew up in it was called the Town Talk and it was about the immediate area.

Also you could put a decal on the window of your car, with the websites name and so people might see it and be curious.

Do you imply train it in a category? Or do you imply a distance-studying programme? And wherein? If she needs to train within the UK, she'll desire a qualification for instructing adults to paintings for the regional Council, and even regional Arts Council categories. If she needs to do a distance path, then she would ought to keep in mind developing her possess internet site. Hope anybody can factor you in the direction of a web based Arts Forum. If she joined the central Yahoo Group (if there's one for Calligraphy), she would community there and get extra knowledge. Also, becoming a member of the Society of Scribes & Illuminators might be valuable.

Get yourself out and market your skill. Great way to start off is at fairs and set up a booth to do simple personable stuff. Kids like their names done in different fonts; adults like phrases about themselves; their pets etc..
