The God of Christianity, Islam, Judaism.
Deists can have alternative interpretations of what God is. They are saying that they do not believe in the God of the Bible. There are thousands of Gods.

If you read through the Bible, Abraham was the person with whom God made the first covenant of what would be come the Jewish and Christian faiths. Muslims also claim to follow the same God. You will find Abraham in Genesis, the first book of the Bible. He is the founder of the Jewish race.
So the "God of Abraham" refers to the God of the Bible. Anyone who believes in a God who is not the God of Abraham means that while they believe in "God", they do not believe in the Bible's God.

When people talk about "the God of Abraham", they simply mean the God that Abraham trusted.
He is referred to as the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob (Israel).
He is also the God of Moses and David, but Abraham is the father of our faith, so he is mentioned first, and Isaac and Jacob are also usually mentioned to show the lineage of God's favor since Abraham intervened by having a child with someone other than his own wife, even though Sarah herself instigated things.
So Isaac is mentioned, and also Jacob because he, too had an older brother, Ishmael, but God said "The older shall serve the younger" and Jacob inherited the promise.

God revealed his plan of salvation for mankind starting with Abraham. When God asked him to sacrifice his son Isaac, the episode was full of prophecy and lessons. Abraham showed us that faith was the thing acceptable to God. When Isaac asked Abraham where the sacrificial lamb was, he said "God would provide the sacrifice." It was also prophetic that the father would require a son for the sacrifice.
So this thing set in motion the nation and people that would inherit the promise of salvation through the plan that begins with Abraham, then the Jews, fulfilling itself with Christianity.

The Abrahamic religions all worship the same god, even if the ignorant claim otherwise.
A god I, for one, don't see any reason to believe in.

The God of Abraham is the god described in the old testament/Torah.
The one that dashes babies against rocks, orders genocide and child rape, kills 99.999% of the world population, etc.
That version of the all-loving god.
Since Judeism Christianity and Islam are all based of these same set of stories and since Jesus and Mohammed both 'confirmed' that these stories were true I am not quite sure how any Jew Christian or Muslim can deny that their god is the God of Abraham. Religion is not a la carte, you take it all or nothing.
They really need to come to terms with what that means.
For Deists and Pagans this makes sense. It is not surprising that they would want to distance themselves from this version of god.

All three religions (Judaism, Christianity, and Islam) have Abraham's story in them. It was after Abraham that the religions split apart, and he's considered the "father" of all three religions.
You remember Abraham. He's the one who was tested by God, when God told him to go and sacrifice his favorite son on a mountaintop. Abe was all ready to do it, too, when God stopped him.
Christians and Muslims disagree over which son was the favorite, though. Christians prefer Isaiah, and Muslims go with Ishmail. (I think those are the names).

Abraham is the man in whom God made his covenant to Israel. That is why he is called the God of Abraham.
And from that covenant with him was birthed a new covenant, the sending of the God of Abraham's Son in the flesh to perfectly fulfill the original covenant.
The Muslims had one final prophet of the God of Abraham. They believe Mohammad gave them the final word from the God of Abraham.

Abraham was a worshiper of the true God, the one who made the heavens and the earth.
1st Corinthians 8:5,6 says: "For even though there are those who are called "gods" whether in heaven or on earth, just as there are many "gods" and many "lords", there is actually to us one God the Father, out of whom all things are, and we for him; and there is one Lord, Jesus Christ, through whom all things are, and we through hom."
That scripture helps us to understand that people worship many gods, but that to true worshipers there is only one true God.
Abraham, Moses, and Jesus worshiped the true God. His name in the Knig James Bible is in 4 places. Here is a couple: Psalms 83:18 and Isaiah 26:4
Those who say that the God of Abraham is not their God and claim to be Christian are living a lie, because Christians are suppose to imitate Jesus.(1st Peter 2:21)
Jesus said at John 20:17 that he was ascending to his "Father and your Father" and to his "God and your God."

God of Muslims is not God of Abraham. Abraham saw the day of Jesus and rejoiced at it. Jesus was before Abraham. It is written in the Gospel. Who are the seed of Abraham they do the deeds of Abraham. He was God fearing man and obeyed God. It is God sent Jesus His Son into the world and those who obey God accept this.
